Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send the correct item or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
